Looking for a reasonable builder in the southern suburbs or Adelaide (Seaford), would like to use someone that is recommended but haven't been able to find anyone that will recommend a builder. Not building a house, just adding to a house, need some walls moved, pergola built, carport added, windows changed.
Seems like everyone I talk to knows a builder or has had work or quotes done but no one has been impressed enough to recommend them for doing work on our PPOR.

What experiences have people had trying to get builders to show up for quotes. I ended up ringing some in the messenger but no one is interested in coming around. Must be too much work out there as it is.
