Advice for a FHB in Perth

Contact the State Revenue office and ask the question re FHOG.
I believe it is the initial 6 months ... but I may be wrong

Just worried about the timing in regards to the FHOG. Is it

A) You have to occupy the property for 6 months WITHIN the first 12 months

OR

B) You have to occupy the property for 6 months however you just have to move in WITHIN 12 months

I am hoping its option B.

Are 6 monthly leases not common place?

6 month lease are very common I believe.
