About 2 weeks ago i was surfing this forum reading many threads and posts and came across someones advice/recommendation about making offers on property. They talked about putting in initial offer and if rejected to put forth one final offer but doing it in a way that would always leave the door open to reoffer or renegotiate. Their intent was to make it look like their final offer and if not accepted they would walk away but without totally closing the door shut.
I can't remember which thread or section it was in and was hoping others may be able to point me in the right direction. They did not start the thread but were answering someone else's questions on negotiating. I have gone over many threads but just can't find it. really wanted to re read it.
