Advise on conveyancer in Gold Coast

Hi, I am very new In the whole buying process.
I just recently signed a contract for a house. I am now in need of a conveyancer in Gold Coast. I called a few companies for quotes for the usual standard services.
Question is, would I need a solicitor as well as a conveyancer? Or will the conveyancer arranged all the legalities with the purchase plus any legal advise I have along the way?
Second question. Quotes started from $1100-$1700. Is there huge difference to the service if I were to accept the lowest.

However, it would be great If there are any conveyancer one can recommened in Gold Coast, would appreciate if you could PM me with their details. Thank you in advance.

doesnt have to be Gold Coast unless thats a convenience thing for yo, but Fiona does a good job at a great price and is actually a solicitor
