AFL Grand Final pre-show (unashamed add for radio show)

The AFL Grand Final is tomorrow and I know lots of guys and girls are going to be very excited and jump out of bed early in anticipation. Then they're going to wait anxiously for the next 6 hours waiting for the game to start. There's almost no auctions to go to tomorrow morning so what to do?

You could get out and mow the lawn...

Tomorrow from 11am - 12pm I'll DJ'ing the "Bricks & Mortar" property show on 3WBC community radio. My co-host is James GG (filling in for Li Skater) and we'll be interviewing PEastman (Phil) about his investment strategy and what sort of properties he likes to buy.

You can tune in on 94.1 FM or listen on 3wbc.org.au at 11am.

If anyone has something they want me to ask Phil or James, let me know in this thread and I'll mercilessly interrogate them!

The Bricks and Mortar show is on every Saturday morning at 11am on 3WBC. We rotate show hosts through a number of different property professionals including a Mortgage Broker (me), a Conveyancer, Reno specialists, buyers agents, property managers and other property professional guests.

It's community radio, I don't think John is too worried :p

If you can get over my stuttering I thought the show was reasonably good. It turned into a bit of a round table discussion about property investment exit strategies.

My thanks to Phil & James.

I'll give a few more days notice next month.

I forgot to mention. If anyone is interested, we're always looking for people to come on the show and be interviewed. If you're in a property related profession, it would be ideal, but we're also happy to talk to people who are successful investors.

I asked Phil (peastman) to come on the show because he's got some interesting ideas about retirement strategies after building a portfolio. We've interviewed quite a few buyers agents, renovators, solicitors, accountants, building inspectors, property managers, etc. I've even interviewed Margaret Lomas and Nathan Birch previously.

The show is run from Box Hill (Eastern suburbs of Melbourne), but we can do phone interviews. We're also always looking for people to help run the show (commitment is once a month) if you want to be as famous as me! :D

Apparently we're not allowed to do prank calls.
