I am looking at present for another IP this time in Melbourne and from doing some research am liking the Sunshine/ Albanvale area. My concern is have I missed the boat in Sunshine? Is Albanvale becoming a more sought after area?
My theory is as satellite suburbs continue to be built ( Point Cook, Tarenit etc.. ) then areas closer to the City will become more desirable, hence why I am thinking Sunshine / Albanvale.
Any local advice would be appreciated.
