Always a Bargain Around

Perusing the auction results this morning i noticed a house on 606 sqm sold in Box Hill South yesterday for $565k. This is not a suburb I follow intimately but that looks pretty cheap to me. Hope that a forumite picked it up:

for that price, the fact that it is that close (and abutting a large prospective > 20 units development on Middleborough Road), and the proximity to the shops may be a bonus to get a development over the line.

It is one house in from the corner, north facing and has plenty of width. It is only mildly irregular.

My concern would be the trees in the rear.

As with Ms Jade, it is not a market I follow, however for that price, I think it was keen buying in middle Melbourne.
