How can Judge Jughead know "as fact" that those Bolt talked of weren't motivated by financial gain? The judge is a silly old phart.
And why is it ok for a prominent Aboriginal like Bess Price to say the same thing as Bolt, and it not be racial discrimination? Or indeed, why is it ok for high profile Larissa to smear and patronize a full blood like Bess Price, and not be taken to task by white lefties?
Let's face it, the Left don't treat people of different races equally, which exposes their belief in racial and cultural inequality.
The Left have institutionalized racial and cultural inequality, by ascribing a different dollar value to each.
I think they were inaccurate, clumsily written and unnecessary, but I don't think they were racist, as racism is defined nowadays.
Because Judge Jughead was presented evidence that they weren't choosing to be Aboriginal, they were raised as Aboriginals. Bolt and the HWT didn't offer any evidence to counter. The judge had no choice.
If Bolt had evidence that they were motivated by financial gain, he should have presented it to the court. But he didn't present any evidence, probably because he didn't have any. Not sure what evidence he had to write his article then...

Lefties create these issues because they are all about ascribing monetary value to perceived inequality.
They then want to use others' money to fix their (mis-)perceptions.

In my opinion, even if Bess Price had said what Bolt said, and I acknowledge I'm not "up" on the whole story there, she wouldn't have been head hunted and subsequently "hung" for her opinions OR inaccuracy.
Can I also say, I am a bit over the lefty righty thing, geez, we complain about putting Aboriginals in a "group" and judging them and look what's going on here? No offence intended because I can get carried away myself at times.
Prefer to think of myself as straight up, thanks.

I saw Bess Price on QandA a few months back. She made a lot of of sense and was straight to the point regarding the problems in the isolated communities. No dancing around the point and sugar coating things, she spoke with the benefit of direct first hand experience.
People like Bess Price MUST be listened to if we are to make any progress WRT aboriginal problems.
