I forgot to mention that another "throw away" discussion saw Sim reveal the brilliantly simple and yet incredibly powerful way that he keeps his mortgage broker "in line".

I think the tip was, "If you didn't go the pub crawl, you've missed out on heaps".

Especially the bits people won't tell you in a public forum

Hi

I'd like to tell you, but, since it was Sim's information, I think that he should be the one to share it.

It was good information that i think that everyone involved in investing would benefit from reading or hearing, even if it was thrown away as an almost passing comment over coffee and cake at 11pm.

Sim, you will not get into trouble with your broker. The comments were tactful, polite and said nothing that would hurt anyone's feelings or reputation at all. If anything, I think they would enhance your broker's reputation and good standing.
