I have just finished a book that I can recommend to you. It is called:
"Not one dollar more!" by Joseph Cummins.
The book looks at negotiation tactics and in particular at negotiating on properties. It also looks at typical real estate agent behavioural types and how to deal with each effectively.
I enjoyed the book and found a few things that I can apply in the future.
