The unit, it's for sale, I don't know how to find out what else you'd own...

I have a little knowledge, which is not in any way investment related. This is, in my opinion, a very good aged care operation. If you were looking for a place for an elderly relative, I am sure they would be very well looked after. But is it a viable real estate investment? I'm thinking maybe not. Why not make a phone call or two and inform the forum of your findings.

Find out how much the management company takes out of the rent before they pass any on to you. Find out what costs you will be hit with.
