I don't trust the advice of the pest controllers i've called because they would have an interest to score more inspections out of me if they could.
So, we own a group of about a dozen townhouses...they are all attached by a common party wall so its like 1 big building.
They are about 2yrs old...instead of ordering 12 separate termite inspections, can they do 1 'big' inspection of the exterior/perimter of the building to determine if there's any evidence of termites?
I'm just thinking this is an easy way for them to score 12 x $250 (cost of each inspection) but really the same thing could be achieved by inspecting the building as a whole? I'm no termite expert so excuse my ignorance if this is a silly question
