I was wondering whether we had any estate agents or agents representatives that frequent this forum? If so, and you are from Melbourne I would like to chat to you.
I'm currently doing the course and I'm seriously thinking of working in the industry.
I'm after some feedback on what should I be looking for in an agency, are there agencies out there that pay you for listing properties, areas to avoid, positives and negatives,etc- your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
