Any thoughts on Lalor, VIC

Hi Guys

I am looking to buy my first home with budget of 400K+. I was shopping around in Reservior a couple of months before but was pushed out due to incrased price.

Just wondering if someone can give me an idea about the price range for a 3 bedder; which part of lalor is better; which street I should walk away and so on.

The area near "Westgarthtown" (where historic Lutheran Church is) is quite nice imho.
