Any thoughts on Tarro and Beresfield?

Evenin' all. Just wondering if anyone has anything good or bad to say about Tarro and Beresfield. I feel like I might be priced out of Newcastle so am looking further afield - I'm looking for house up to $320k.

There are plenty of places in Newcastle and and Lake Macquarie for $320k

IMO too many land releases around maitland to get CG there. Try western lake mac or around windale for cheap houses.

And toronto area should benefit from new hunter expressway, ie quicker to get to jobs in the valley .
