Sounds good, how do you calculate the purchase price?, a discounted cashflow rate? Matthew, if you have abundance of cash, would you care to be a lender for wraps? What LVR and rate would you offer?

Yes we must take a small discount from the value of the loan to pay someone out of their mortgage. As for your second question I will get back to you on that one.
