Again im new to this site so bear with me!! LOL.
I was just wondering if anyone out there (on here) purchased the software that was on Today Tonight by the Mortgage Watchdogs??? The one where you can check back over your old mortgage bank statements and check the interest and stuff to see if the banks overcharged you and you can get it back???
Anyways i purchased it and started on the quest to see if our bank did overcharge us and found with the first section of our loan that they did by $640.00 or something... so i printed out what needed to be printed out and sent it back to the bank (being Westpac) about 2 1/2 weeks ago but haven't heard a thing back????
Just wondering if anyone on here has purchased it and is with Westpac and how long it took for you get your money back??? Am i jumping the gun or do i need to wait a little longer???
