I have and still use them. I'll make a compliment sandwich for you.
Good - They take instructions well and are quick to get back to you when needed.
Bad - You need to sometimes prompt them to have the tenant rectify issues like gardening, rather then them picking things up.
Good - They have a good reporting system and have always advised us of the tenants intentions at the end of the lease before we have to ask.
All round I think they have a good team. I would suggest if you are interstate, either view the property your self every 6 months to a year as many property managers can get used to seeing poorly maintained properties they can become immune to "the rental property look". But this applies to all managers.. not just First Nat. Mulgrave.
