Last year i paid $10k deposit towards purchase of a block in Wollert, VIC. Our circumstances have changed and i was wondering if someone is looking to buy land in Wollert, as i had purcahsed it under the nominee clause i am allowed to nominate a new buyer. Details are as follows:

Title: Not yet titled, expected in 1st week of June 2011
Sale Type: Nomination of Original Purchase Contract with Developer
Settlement: 14 days from titles release, expected to be 1st week of June
Block is overlooking wetlands and the prices have gone up quite a bit since we bought it mid 2010. Would have loved to keep it but our situation does not allow us.
