Found this one interesting.
COLES and Woolworths could be taken to court over new anti-competitive claims, this time involving shopping centre leases.
There are almost 750 examples nationwide where the supermarket giants entered into agreements with shopping mall landlords, restricting the entry of rivals in the same centre.
 
Duh - they only noticed this in 2008?

Next you know, a government body will announce that they've discovered that some tradesmen offer discounts for cash payments. :rolleyes: :p

It will be interesting to see whether anything comes of the ACCC's teeth-gnashing.
