Thanks for that link.

The home warranty insurance market is incredible at the moment, and I fear it will get worse unless the Govt does something pronto!

I heard on the Today show yesturday morning that Royal Sun Alliance (they underwrite the policies issued by HIA) have also stopped issuing home warranty insurance.

It's been 12 months since HIH, and all those poor builders went to Dexta, now they're stuffed again!

It is soooo wrong!
