I am looking at purchasing a PPoR. The house is an old 3br asbestos shack with leaky roof/gutters. All external and interior walls along with the roof are asbestos.
I was wondering if anyone has used or can recommend someone in the Sydney/Shire area to remove asbestos so I can get proper quotes etc.
The roof needs replacing and the internal walls are warping and damaged from water, the property has just been repainted and you can see where the water has been running across the internal roof already. Considering that there is an external bathroom and the kitchen needs a reno I think replacing the roof and all the plaster board might be the best option and clading over the outside - or removing.
Maybe running away would be the best option
but I need to live in this area for work and I can't afford much as it is expensive. Rentals are also hard to come by.
