How Attn. message can be accessed folks?

I do have let say 59 new messages and 1 attn.
Where is that attn. one is? And what is it?

Puzzling, tricky...

I receive the posts via email... eg at the moment I have 385 unread emails
in my property folder (which will get read).. but about once a week, I get
sent an email that says "attn: you have new messages at the somersoft forum
"etc

I think that is where your answer is Serge..

Like this....

You have to go into More... Click on Address Book and then add a persons name/email address. And Walla, there you have it. I think.

Yuch tell me if that Attn'd you please, cause I've just tried to do it for you.

Hi Michael,

Unfortunately, and if my reading of the help pages is right, once someone has written a message to your attention, the 'flag' stays there for ever. Annoying. Clicking on the "1 Attn" will bring up the message, and no matter how often you read it, or mark it read, you will always have "1 Attn".

AM, I do believe you are correct with the Attn thing. I have learned to ignore the Attn! indicator that someone so kindly turned on for me.

Useful feature, but it does need a way to turn it off once you've read it.

Sim',

There's a way to turn it off: post a message with an Attn to the person who posted you a message with the Attn, asking him or her to delete the original message. After which you would delete your message with the Attn. Hopefully the Attn flag will bug the person who posted the message with the Attn flag that bugs you!
