Hey MTR this just came up I thought you might like to have a look at this, Im not sure if these links will work or not but will give it a go.

New town house for sale

This is a block for sale one street back, same size as the one they would have bought (not sure about price) for the new town house developement

I find it hard to estimate the build cost for these units most of our stuff is commercial, take a stab though 650-700k each, so there could be a bit of fat to be made in doing something like this.

thanks for the link.

It will be interesting to see whether these townhouses fetch asking price as I don't think the location is that great overlooking the fish n' chip shop and I think the unit they are selling is on Beaufort.

They sold high spec townhouses in Regents Street, excellent location about 12 months ago for similar price.

Have no idea what building costs would be, maybe Ausprop could give us an idea.

As mentioned before this builder has a few in the area, probably would not touch them for less than 20% profit.
