G'day all,
As these are only updated every 3 months it can be oft forgotten as a viable source of median values (5 years of them) and median yields for Postcodes.
I'm posting to say they have recently (last 7 days?) updated their figures for what I believe is the Sep 05 quarter. Note that they don't say this on the data - their comment is that "data is current at date of request" and "data is updated quarterly".
NOWHERE do they say "These are figures for dd/mmm/yyyy" - so my comment re Sep 05 is a GUESS on my part.
If you haven't tried them before, I'd recommend you do. I like the layout, and the detail within.
And (for those that remember this post http://www.somersoft.com/forums/showpost.php?p=140626&postcount=6) they have now updated the graph to reflect the correct years.
Give it a go, at http://www.eaussie.com.au/aussie_valuer.htm
Regards,
