average land tax on Sydney strata units

Hi Guys

Would anyone have any links or be able to share average annual land tax/ or land values for Sydney apartments. Currently looking at buying for around 700K (Be an IP in both our names) inner west (marrickville/dulwich hill etc.) area of city looking at art deco blocks with around 4 or 5 units in the building?

Anyone got any similar IP's and what the land value came in at?

Land values are completed using a statistical model so if your block is zoned for greater density than currently built it won't necessarily reflect in what you hold.
 
Difficult to say without knowing the size of the units and the size of the land.

I have a tiny 1 bed unit in Potts Point and the land value is over $100K (hasn't been put up for a while so expecting that, considering the boom. Boutique hotel, 12 units, no garage. Value is close to $400K.
