I was looking at a site yesterday showing monthly median prices for several years. Oh goody, lots of info. The figures bounced around like a Sam Fox jogging video

Would be more interesting if only rentals were included (ie excluding PPORs and any holiday homes)

Median is either $500 or $850 depending on how you want to calculate it.
