I've just been told the BIG BBQ is going to be June the 24th.

So you all should be emailing The Wife for an invite and making plans to get there.

Cheers

Michael,

This is the second post I have read where you mention Steve Navra. And as hard as I try, I can't find his posts in the old forum (both the recent, and the archive). Do you have a date I can use to find it? Or even better, summarise his ideas?
Thanks a million in advance.

BTW, is he the same Steve Navra that is with Custodian Wealth Builders?

Cheers

I was just about to ask Michael the same thing...couldn't find a post by
Steve Navra anywhere.

...if you could summarise his point, in reply to my earlier question,
you'd save me some sleep tonight...*grins*

Cheers,

Dave

Hear hear! And do it before Mike leaves us for the shores of Albion!

Good points Robert.
I to found Geoff D points to be deroragotory towards Steve. Why do people think their way of investing is so high and mighty.
I wrap houses, it suits me, but I dont put people down because they dont wrap. I also have straight rentals in melbourne. I like to renovate and realise a capital gain.
Wrapping is an investment vehicle to get out of the rat race faster. It tooks Steve 18 months.
I just re-read Geoffs D article in the Australian Property Investor magazine, july 1999. It is truely a great story, but in his timeline it took him 21 years from his first investment, until he exited his public service job.
Good work, but 21 years is far to long in my eyes. 7 - 10 years is ok too, but if I have a strategy that can do it in 2 years, I would silly not to give it a go.
When I found out I could do a property deal and get 7k from the government, I thought what a gift. Take advantage. Just do it, as nike says.
Anyway, enough of my ramblings, but it does become tiring to hear people spruik, my way is better than yours. Were in it to make money for ourselves and our families, not to put someone down
Regards
Darren

Steve Navra, is not with custodian.

His email if you wish to contact him direct, is [email protected]

Steve hasnt put his details up on the forum, because he doesnt want it to look like he is spamming.

I only asked the question about Steve being with CWB because I found it on Google: in April/May 2000 newsletter from CWB.

Also, the old forum starts in January 2001, and the old, old forum (i.e. the archive of the old forum) ends on the first day of September 2000. So the October post by Steve is no where to be seen!

I was a pleasure to sit out the back and cook a BBQ whilst watching the water lap against the shore. But I want your office....

And kids will be kids, I hope that they have both fully recovered after the spewy Episodes.

Hi all

Just thought I'd pass on this message from Steve Navra (as requested by him) just to clear the air:

No, he hasn't posted here previously regarding any of his 'structures', and yes, if you wish to contact him, his email address is at [email protected] (as per TW's post above).

OK, just posting this, so that the thread comes back to the top.

This is the post to which Carlo was replying in his "Steve McKnight and his Back to basics" post.

Enjoy all!
