T tropic 8th Sep, 2014 #21 Looks like the big banks will end up with larger shares of the loan market. People will still need to get credit to buy their houses. They have to live somewhere. Their economy will recover.. eventually.

R red liverbird 10th Sep, 2014 #22 Agree, if anything the big banks are under at bit less pressure too. At least they know that worst case scenario they'll be bailed out cause they are too big to fail.
