Battle axe block - does land size include shared driveway?

How is it calculated? Is it omitted? Included? Only 50% counted?

A property behind mine was sold and the ad made it seem much bigger than I would have thought...so now I'm curious.

What is on the plan of subdivision? In some cases the handle is part of the land, other cases it is a shared driveway (with other battle axed blocks), or could be a right of way, it forms part of the front block but they cannot block your access to the property at the rear.
