Hi Kids,

A friend of mine is about to take the plunge into property investing.

She is fearful, despite my encouragement, but has set her sights on Baxter to a fairly strong degree, and is keen to get going.

Has anyone got any inside goss on the area; things good or bad?

I reckon it'll be a goer, the only thing is the size and the rental yield/supply, but longer term I think it'll be good.

The othing going for Baxter is that Robert Harvey played cricket for them on the weekend.

I think the Frankston by-pass may pass through there. The supermarket was recently built. For a little extra, I would put my money in Frankston, the closer to the Kar St, Frankston football club the better even if its a 2 bed unit.
