As for the stress MTR - I would try and focus on what is actually causing the stress. You say "developing" but there are many aspects to it. Is it the finance, the finding the sites, or choosing the colours? See what you can outsource for minimal cost (ie, I cant choose colours - so Im all for paying an internal designer to do if for me).

Blacky I know what is causing the stress and that is just taking on too much, so I am chilling after my 3 projects, nearly there and then just pace it. More holidays are needed for the stressed out investors like me
