Hi guys,

I saw that the prices for some 2 bdrm units in Bentleigh within 1.5kms of Patterson and Bentleigh stations have hardly budged in price for the last 3 to 4 years.

Do you think this was due to unbridled enthusiasm at the time? Is $320 - 340k good value for around there for a renovated 2 bdrm returning $320 - 350 per week?

getting a unit for that price in that area....i'd like to see it... please provide links for anything in that price range in that area...i'd happily buy two units at that price.
