Best No Doc around right now?

I was wondering if there is a better product than the RESI No Doc / pure asset lend around at the moment? 70% LVR.

What is still out there no doc wise?

The GE product which is what I believe Resi re sells is about the best around in terms of rate lvr and rules mix

There is a much better mix of lo doc at 70 to 82 % lvr though with lots and lots of different exposure, even in the current tight climate.

Thanks Rolf. For some reason I was under the impression that No Doc was extinct but obviously not so. Banks also seem slightly more chilled now than they were a few months ago. More eager to do business. Hope business is good for you too

Nodoc loans are still alive and well but some of the pricing may not be.

The resi rebadged loan is certainly competitive for what it is but as Rolf mentiones at a lodoc 80 basis you can do a lot better.
