I purchased a 1900s cottage maisonette in close proximity to the Bianco Kilkenny factory back in march 2009. I had done some research before hand and found out that there were plans for the closure of this plant in the near future. It has since closed down and not much is happening with the site. I am aware of plans for the City of Charles Sturt to develop the site into a TOD (Transit Orientated Development) which would be fantastic for the area and more importantly, for my investment. Does anyone know anything about this?
