Hello everyone,

Our property development evening with SCS and Metrospect was a great night. It was mainly for first time developers or people who have a property with development potential but were unsure of what to do.

So for a first time development or for time poor investors, SCS would be a good option.

Vu the town planner from Metrospect was great to listen to and showed some very entertaining photos of problems that can arise during the development process. I especially liked the house with a powerpole in the middle of the driveway.

Next month we have Peter Huang, founder of Yong Real Estate. Yong is a very large RE agency in Brisbane. He will be talking about how he went from nothing to owning thousands of investment properties. He's talk is based on his new book, The Australian Dream and $1 Properties. He will not be trying to sell you property, just sharing his story. Should be an inspirational evening.

In the following months we will have speakers on Investing in America and the Reno Kings talking about buying properties with development potential.

We know Peter, should be interesting. He was in a bit of a dire for a little while..gorwing too quick on the back of too much debt...poor guy..stressful but otherwise done very well for himself.
