We are pleased to announce this month's speaker, Jason Schneider-Fuller. His topic is: Investing in South East Queensland? Don’t miss the boat!
Jason Schneider-Fuller has over 7 years experience in the Queensland Property market. Beginning his career in brokerage real-estate with a large franchised property agency in 2000 he quickly established a reputation for client service and exceeding the expectations of his vendors.
After successfully establishing himself in the re-sale of older homes in brokerage real estate Jason moved to work for a builder marketing new homes from a display home. Through this experience he gained valuable insight into the construction and development of new homes across greater Brisbane, by providing product to suit everything from inner city allotments that comply with the Brisbane City small lot code to acreage dwellings in regional councils.
This solid experience provided the ideal background for his move to Oliver Hume, Australia’s Largest Project Marketer some 2 years ago. Oliver Hume Real Estate Group was established over 50 years ago as a specialist project marketing agency and sells in excess of 4,000 properties each year throughout Australia with a strong focus on South East Queensland and Victoria. Oliver Hume have a strong core client base including some of Australia’s most respected developers such as Metricon, Australand, Sunland Group, Multiplex and Devine.
Since joining Oliver Hume he has fulfilled obligations including research and product development for both land and new homes as well as sales and marketing for a diverse market. The product offering Jason has been responsible for has ranged from entry level land or house and land through to the 3rd and 4th homebuyer markets of over $600,000.
This wealth of experience makes him well placed to provide valuable, informative insight on the Queensland property market of today.
