Topic: A snapshot of my dynamic property journey.
“Stephen Williams has, over the past 30 years, established a unique record of achievement in planning, management and development of a diverse range of Australian and international projects.
He commenced work as a planner for the Shire of Mundaring before founding Hassell Planning Consultants.
In 1990, Stephen formed Wingate Properties, a successful Kangaroo Point based property development company whose current focus is on South East Queensland’s Western Corridor, where he has three major projects in progress: Bremer Business Park, Swanbank Enterprise Park and Ripley Valley Town Centre. He recently completed the QCL Redevelopment at Darra and the Mile End Homemaker Centre in Adelaide.
Stephen believes in the importance of evolving projects in response to government, council and community expectations. The Western Corridor projects attest to this.
Stephen has the capacity to research opportunities, conceive ventures and implement complex projects in both buoyant and stringent economic times. The ethos of Wingate is a reflection of Stephen’s commitment to the blending of expertise and experience with a strong sense of purpose and analytical thinking.”

Dress: Informal.
Time: 7:15pm for a 7.30pm start.
Cost: $15/singles or $25/couples. Or become a member for free entry to BIG meetings (Both monthly and cashflow meetings). (12 months membership: $120 for single or $180 for couples.)
Everyone interested in property or the forum is welcome to come along. (Having an IP is not a pre-requisite, only a motivation to do so.)
Why don't you bring along a friend! (I am sure that we all know someone who can benefit in talking with other like minded people.)
