Someone told me they saw an article in The Australian today highlighting Birkdale as one of the top 10 suburbs to buy in Australia.

Have an ip in birkdale

Was coming back from brissy tonight and picked up smart property investor mag to read on the plane. Birkdale was also mentioned there by a lady from hatch property
She said new house and land packages for 540k would be a good buy

Birkdale is nice enough but I'm suspecting alterior motives??
