Calling All Experienced Posters,
I would
appreciate views on the strategy of buying
building blocks on a buy and hold basis on
the Mornington Peninsula in Vic. Would capital
gain be likely to justify cost of IO loan and
associated costs? ( rates etc ) . I dont recall
any recent posts dealing with land only.
Would the upcoming flood of " baby-boomer "
retirees result in available land being at a
premium? Thanks in advance for your
opinions.

Why not buy the land with a dwelling on it.
