Body corp and management simplest possible way.

I have just completed a development, there is a shared driveway that will need a body corporate set up and insurance to cover liabilities. However it's is just a driveway, can the body corporate be self managed by the owners directly or is a professional body corporate manager needed? After all we dont need to worry about cleaning, repainting, slush funds, loads of minutes etc.

What is the simplest way to handle a shared driveway?

We recently finished a three unit development and had to get the diriveway insured. Our insurance broker arranged a Common Ground Liability policy for us. Even though two of the units had been sold we paid the full amount because the buyers could pull out of the sale if the insurance wasn't in place.
We did not actually form a Body Corporate as such and the insurance is under the Strata Plan Number.
