I have just completed a development, there is a shared driveway that will need a body corporate set up and insurance to cover liabilities. However it's is just a driveway, can the body corporate be self managed by the owners directly or is a professional body corporate manager needed? After all we dont need to worry about cleaning, repainting, slush funds, loads of minutes etc.
