I am currently building 3 town houses (in Vic) with first one having its own separate drive way. And I am going to sell the first one and keep the back two for renting.
Since the first TH doesn't share the common drive, can I not hire any body corp and just buy independent insurance for the back two TH to cover the common drive way area?
Doesn't anyone has similar situation and can give me a bit of idea?
