Books pertaining to industrial property?

Hi guys,

I'm looking to learn more about:
- industrial property construction types/processes
- current trends in industrial property, worldwide and in Australia
- anything else pertaining to warehouses/factories

Any tips on shows or books I could find which may help?

Main sources of information are courses/publications through the Australian Property Institute, Shopping Centre Council, Property Council and Master Builders Association etc.
