Has anyone read the book "The wealth power of property" by Fred & Brett Johnson and if so, any thoughts on the book?

An excellent book for general principles. I have heard bad things about the custodian web site from a person that had input into writing the book; they turned greedy and stopped following their own policies. ie. not investing in areas where their is high level of investors (vs owner occupiers).

Hi JD, I think you're confusing "7 Steps to Wealth" by John Fitzgerald = Custodian Wealth Builders = http://www.wealthbuilders.com.au ....WITH "Wealth Power of Property" by Fred and Brett Johnson = Quartile Property Network = http://www.propertychat.com.au Regards, Crystal

It is an excellent book. Well worth reading, because the authors have been around a long time and know what they are talking about. It's a bit more detailed than some other books, but still suitable for a beginner.

This contrasts with some of the information given in seminars by people who haven't been around long enough to understand property cycles.

Have fun reading it Michael Yardney, Metropole Properties - [email protected]

Sorry if you get this twice. What did you think of it and did you get anything out of it? Kindest regards

the book is very good, but they turn out to be realestate agents. i went to see them at gordon, a sydney suburb. they claim the best buys are in the outskirts of the sydney's suburbs. penrith, st marys etc. i prefer the northern beaches and lower north shore.
