Had one last week where the assessor said it couldn't be done. After a bit more probing, question asking and general pestering from our end - he decided it could be done. End result is a formal approval and a few extra grey hairs for me :-(

80% LVR, corporate trustee, must be existing customer. Need letter from Solicitor stating that they cannot be subdivided. St George's legal team but also be comfortable with the fact that they cannot be subdivided.
