I need a retaining wall on boundary with my neighbour. With color bond fence on top.
Initially thought use a brickie and put up a block wall.
I know there are panel/post companies like Bradfords in Perth. Are there any such companies Northern Brisbane or Sunshine Coast.
Needs to be engineered as over 1 metre.
Also from legal standpoint. Am I solely responsible for cost of footings as my property will benefit the most. And some small trees on boundary line so they will need removal.
