Brassall, newer or older block.

Hi guys a little stuck for choice, need help deciding which block.

Block 1
In the new savannah highlands estate
500m2 just on a regular rectangular block
Building a dual occ on it, 3 by 2 bedder
464000

Block 2
In the established adjoining estate, houses in there roughly 5 to 7 years old
671m2 in a cul de sac.
Building the same thing
Price is the same as block 1

My thoughts are block 2 would have better resale value down the track being on bigger block, and being in a cul de sac kind of differentiates it from the pack.
What do you guys think??

Why Brassall?

I used to stay long time ago, behind the shopping centre @ workshop st.

If slope etc are equal, go with the bigger block. Gives you more options and you already know what the neighbouring houses look like.
