Break costs still heading South

Just got another update on the break costs for a couple of my fixed rate loans.
A few months ago, they were less than half what they were at the beginning of the year.
Today they are half what they were a few months ago.
I've been getting annoyed with some of the delays in getting my refinance over the line. Seems the delays are a blessing.
