Hi Renovators,
Just came across an intersting article from a UK lender on short-term finance for investors doing renovations. This is a different issue to home improvement loans.
Gives an interesting insight on how lenders evaluate an application. They get their own valuers to look at the project to see if their estimates match yours. If the deal is obviously profitable you shouldn't have trouble getting the finance.
