What do you guys think about Brimbank Gardens and St Andrews Field in Derrimut?

COmpared to Point COok, I actually prefer Brimback Garden more. BG land is slightly more affordable, and it is only 17km to city.

What do u think?

Frist things first.

Brimbank Gardens is indeed in Derrimut, but St Andrews Fields is in Deer Park along with Central Park Estate.

All the land is sold out in the two Deer Park Estates, but there is some land left in Brimbank Gardens from what I can see.

I have never noticed much wind there and I am in the Deer Park estates every couple of days and in Brimbank Gardens regularly.

Beware of turn key house and land packages being sold in the area - usually well overpriced.

It is usually cheaper to buy an established near new second hand house than a house and land package in these areas today even after stamp duty.
